LSPP gave me the chance to learn from industry seasoned professionals, build confidence, and develop my skills in leadership and professionalism. I felt the growth firsthand—it was practical and meaningful. One of the highlights was being able to share what I learnt, by leading sessions for thousands of peers, which felt incredible. It wasn’t just about personal growth but also contributing to Nepal’s tech ecosystem.
The most invaluable takeaway was the exposure to Leapfrog’s incredible culture. Over nine months, we gained both technical and non-technical skills, while regularly engaging with mentors in a supportive environment. We were also encouraged to share our learnings within our communities, which helped cultivate our leadership and initiative-taking abilities.
The program has been a transformative experience that pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow as a leader. As someone attending from outside the Kathmandu Valley, I found the program incredibly inclusive and empowering. It gave me the confidence to take bold steps, the courage to embrace responsibilities, and the determination to make a real impact.
The diversity of learning opportunities, supportive and encouraging environment, synergy of group projects, and networking opportunities have been a challenging and rewarding learning experience.

The Student Partnership Program invests in you to close the gap between academics and industry by offering real work-life experiences to students. We believe your ideas have the power to lead the way and help us build future leaders and join the profession confidently.
Applications for the 2025 intake is now open! The deadline for application is February 25.
One must be an undergraduate student from Nepal who wants to grow their career in technology or is enrolled in a similar degree.
There is no cost in joining this program.
As a part of the Leapfrog Student Partnership Program, you will get professional exposure as well as various tech and non-tech training opportunities to enhance your skill.
We expect applicants to be mandatorily present during all the activities of the program. On-site presence is a must for monthly meetups, where all the magic happens.
The program concludes with a Graduation Day celebration, where participants receive a certificate of completion, an experience letter, and some cool SWAGs to acknowledge their journey and achievements.

Yes, the program is open to students from all provinces. However, out-of-valley participants may need to travel for certain events/sessions.
