From day one, I felt like I'd found my tribe—a community buzzing with growth, laughter, growth, and the occasional tech-related pun. From diving headfirst into training sessions to tackling team projects that felt like solving a mystery, every moment was a lesson in resilience and innovation.
The diversity of learning opportunities, supportive and encouraging environment, synergy of group projects, and networking opportunities have been a challenging and rewarding learning experience.
I am grateful to the LSP Program for offering the fantastic platform and mentorships that enhanced both my soft and technical skills which has led to the exponential growth of my tech career.

our internship programs and hired them as designers,
engineers, managers and more.
And through all these years, we have seen the challenges that
students, as well as colleges in Nepal, face to prepare
graduates for real professional work. The Student Partnership
Program invests in you to close the gap between academics and
industry by offering real work-life experiences to students.
We believe your ideas have the power to lead the way and help
us build future leaders and join the profession confidently.

One must be an undergraduate student from Nepal who wants to grow their career in technology or is enrolled in a similar degree.
There is no cost in joining this program.
As a part of the Leapfrog Student Partnership Program, you will get professional exposure as well as various tech and non-tech training opportunities to enhance your skill.
We understand that most members are full-time students. Based
on your schedule and interests, you can participate for
several hours per week, or just a few hours per month. Some of
the programs are optional while others are mandatory to
attend.
However, we encourage applicants who can
commit to the majority of activities happening throughout the
program.
At the end of the program, you will become a part of the Leapfrog Student Partnership Program (LSPP) Alumni.
Our selection process takes place in two phases.
Once accepted, you will go through an initial orientation with the Student Partnership team. Ongoing training and support are provided throughout your tenure.
